"I requested to have an experienced masseuse for a deep tissue massage @ Citrus Park. It was a birthday present from my husband! Sierra was assigned to me. She was friendly however, did not know what she was doing! I mentioned to her that the headrest was too high, because the headrest was pulling my hair. After turning my head several times, she made the adjustment. I indicated to Sierra that I had arthritis on my left shoulder. While massaging my muscles, Sierra used her index finger and was making repeated circles around the nodules/knots in my shoulder which left me in excruciating pain. She did not separate the muscles. I typically have red marks across my back thereafter. In this case, I ended up with purple/green bruises all over my back 6 days later …looking like someone punched me repeatedly on my back! Horrible, horrible massage!!"

"Personalized from start to end! Erin took the time to ask me thoughtful questions about my skin, and made sure that her plan for me was conscious of my sensitive skin and time spent in the sun. It's hard to avoid sun damage living in Florida and Erin helped bring my skin back to life! She wasn't pushy about products (at all) although she did speak to them intelligently so I could understand if the products were right for me. I ended up leaving with one anyway and will probably need a refill by my next appointment. One last thing I really appreciate - she's taken her time and provided super relaxed facials and neck massage when I have time. And when I'm in a rush she gets me in and out as quickly as I need. Super cool, super smart, and my skin looks consistently healthy which was not the case before working with Erin. Highly recommend, Massage Envy is lucky to have her."
