"I was Mis-Diagnosed by Dr Pham, who ordered the wrong treatment, and injected me with a triple-dose of medication that was prepared by a Medical Assistant with no pharmacological training, and my symptoms worsened with diffused pain throughout my entire foot. The office staff is very rude, unprofessional, and refused to release my medical records, which is illegal. Thank God I finally found a Double-Board Certified Podiatry Surgeon who appropriately diagnosed me, and placed me on an effective treatment plan. Experience, Training, and Professional matters."
