"Full disclosure, what some of the reviews are saying below are definitely true. I was told the same thing when I began but I went forward without insurance either way because it was more affordable than the price through my insurance for me since I had to meet my deductible. With that said, my sessions were all remotely done and the therapist that I was paired with Mrs.Marisa helped me change my life in such a way that I don’t even feel I have the right words to express how much gratitude I have for the work we did. When I started therapy I was a mess. Constantly having high anxiety, crying almost every night, had fear of driving, was struggling in my marriage, was having trouble processing the grief of losing my mom and grandmother in a short period and my dad being sick I mean it was a lot. I did individual therapy with her and overcame so much of these struggles and feel like a new person. I got my license and am driving regularly after never driving for 33 years of my life. I am more confident in my decisions and have learned to give myself grace when having rough days. My husband and I did couples counseling with her and working together with her truly save our marriage! We have better communication and understanding for each other now than ever before.
