"David is nasty and not customer oriented. There is never a manger there. Always running out of items or not planning ahead. Go on days when the girls are working experience is totally different. David is there he shorts you on chips! Lucky if you have 6 chips in your bag. Does not give a full scoop . Even asked for a few more chips and he said he could not. I won’t be back! Horrible service!"
"Food was was cold and a lot of the toppings were out. Chips were insanely stale, we got a different batch and they were still stale. The drink machine was down and the associate offered a cup for water, come to find out we were charged $3 and change for a cup of water. Very disappointed. This isn't out first time having an unsatisfactory experience at this location. Staff didn't seem to care."
"They were out of just about everything. The younger girls that served me did great! The stack that I ordered got messed up. Instead of remaking it the older lady threw a boat load of cheese on it, and burnt the cheese to the bottom of the stack. The older lady thought she was teaching the "new hires" something by burning the cheese to the bottom of the stack. If customers ask for something, instead of just standing around, you could have been grilling some onions and peppers. I rarely go to this location anymore. Poor service and not what Moes advertises."
"The Service I received was outstanding and the girl who helped me with my app issue was super helpful and nice. But that's where my great time ended. The two Steak bowls I got had meat in them that tasted old and dry. No flavor and less consistency. It was chewy and tasteless. I am very disappointed because we were looking forward to a great burrito bowl each. But unfortunately that was not to be, so we ended up going to Olive garden since our burritos were so tasteless."
"Reason I'm rating this review so poorly is because the speed of service and the prices inside do not reflect what other Moe's are charging. Not sure if this is a "franchise" location or not but it is insane to pay $3 more for "white meat chicken" when the App doesn't charge extra. I have attached photos of this so others can see. If you want white meat chicken, order it on the app for pickup and save yourself $3."
