"Why is it that more than 50 percent of the time, when I order something as a special request, and pay for it . They mess it up. Asking to upgrade a dorito's locos taco to a supreme and they DONT do it is ridiculous how often they miss it. This happens at most locations."

"first of all i will never go to this taco bell again. the food was fine so i can’t complain there. but the customer service? absolutely atrocious and disgusting. whoever just took my order at 10:30 on december 16th with my total being $21 i hope you get fired lmfao. don’t ever snatch my phone again, and i did NOT want to round up and when i kept questioning you about that being the wrong total you completely ignored me and you’re attitude was disgusting. do better babe."

"Ordered a chicken crunch wrap, and this is what I got from the night crew. It's sad when people wait in line after a hard day of work to get served food like this. Definitely won't be going back. This isn't the first time I've been short-changed on my food. Upper management needs to re-evaluate or train their employees again. Nobody has time to bring food back after they drive miles to eat. People make sure u double check ur Order before you pull away."
