"Had a very stressful Week new job new life New home needed a Relaxing point In life so went to Smokey bones Let me tell you I never had the experience as Courtney was Was Very chat on us every 10 minutes made sure our food was great. Took her time to talk to my five-year-old that wanted to talk to her. Had a well good Experience. So coming back and asking for Courtney ."
"Our server Courtney was amazing. Very professional handled the pressure well of serving our table of 3, 3 other smaller tables and a 16top all at once. Never had to ask for a refill or anything! Food came fast and delicious. Was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely ask to be seated with Courtney on our next visit!"
"I walk in last Friday and the customer service was to good to be through. Everyone was on top form. I did not believe sir I go back Super Bowl night when it was so busy and full. SAME EXACT SEVICE. Server that took care my order was like at home. Spend 4 seconds with me every time she check in on me. The lady manager spends 8 seconds or more and they spent the same with every patron. But they repeat the tour checking every customer. This what customer service is everyone else is trying Now the food. Delicious well prepared and love from the chef is dripping off the plate. Smokey bones coming this weekend. 3rd time charm I am coming back."
"My date and I sat at the bar so I can drink quickly & easily. Tim was our bartender/server. As soon as we sat down, I knew we made the right choice for dining. Tim was fast, efficient, and caring. He gave us some recommendations from the menu. I took his advice and it was hot & delicious. My date and I were more than satisfied. Sometimes I worry about folks customer service abilities post COVID. But Tim restored my faith in human compassion & service ! I 100 percent recommend. Sit at the bar. That’s where the amazing vibes are. Managers if you are seeing this, give Tim a raise. He honestly deserves it. Until next time my new friend."
