"I'm a frequent customer of Nick and moes Kathleen location. I'm usually there roughly at 5 am for items and gas before work . The two lady's that run the morning shift are awful. They take forever there never in a rush and have poor people skills. Not only was I skipped in line this morning when the lady came to open a register and signaled the person behind me to her . When I got to the register I couldn't even get gas at the pump I was on because apparently pump 14 isn't working . Now I'm irritated don't have gas and wasted 20 mins. Nick and moe use to be good but there letting there focus get away from the customers ."

"I totally came here an hour away for Quiznos and it did not disappoint. The Black Angus Steak sub was as delicious as I remember. Totally bought back memories for me when Quiznos was in its heydey. The store itself was pretty cool with offer food offerings and a great selection of drinks. I have a weird affection for gas stations and if this store was local I'd be here daily... So it's probably better it's far for me lol. Oh, let me add that I made a mistake in my order and the staff asked me twice if I wanted one of the subs remade. That's great customer service right there."

"I was a fan of Nick and Moe's since we moved to Lakeland. Their 12 pieces Chicken Combo with fries, drinks and biscuits was tasty, well cooked and really good for the price. Today we went there and the price increase from $22.99 to $28.99. I know everything has increased in prices but if your are planing to increase at least you have to keep it the way it was before. No biscuits now and little overcooked chicken pieces. Not nice."
