"I am a loyal customer of all Marcos pizza and as recently as tonight, November 18, 2023, I visited this store because I have a courtesy card that has a free pizza, 2 of the employees who serve in the store are not professionals, they are not empathetic and have no education, the employee who works at the cash register spoke to me with a bad attitude and in a bad manner, he told me that they do not accept courtesy cards, I showed him the courtesy card that includes the address of this store 3005 Duff Rd, Lakeland, Fl, I asked him to speak to the store manager and I see him when he went to where an employee was talking to her in her ear, then she came to talk to me, she never announced herself as the store manager and she didn't give me any kind of greeting either, she was worse than the employee who charges at the cash register, uneducated, unprofessional, rude, yelling at me and making fun of me with some customers who were in the store, I told the employee that I was going to put a review on Google and she said that she didn't care, I hope that no more clients have to go through this unpleasant and bad taste experience, which even took away my hunger, if they had acted in a professional manner and Polite, I wouldn't have cared and paid for a pizza in this store. Better I decided to go with my family and not consume anything in this place, I will let everyone I know about this bad experience in this store so that they do not have to have a bad experience, neither a bad time with these bad employees. uneducated and unprofessional"

"Just placed an delivery order for a pizza. Received my order it was not cooked. Called and spoke to a male manager and was told I would have bring the pizza to them. Did that and was told by Taylor the manager I would not be getting my money back or another pizza. I was a loyal customer. If the owner is reading this check my tab!! You need some new managers! This is not how you treat people! You just lost a customer!!"
