"I’m not going to lie and say the administrative side of Baptist Ladies First is great, but the doctors here are amazing! Dr McCutcheon is by far the most wonderful doctor I’ve ever met. She told the front desk to double book herself so that she could make sure she saw me for my 38th week appointment. And when I brought up an issue I was concerned with, she made sure I got tests done right away, read the results herself, and sent me to the ER - calling them to let them know I was coming. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. Any administrative issues Baptist may have pales in comparison to what an amazing group of doctors they have!"

"I was a late OB transfer and was lucky enough to be set up with Dr. Schneider (highly recommended from multiple friends of mine). In the beginning, I won’t lie, there were a few hiccups but I chalked it up to them moving offices/hospitals. I let Dr. Schneider know some of the concerns I had and she immediately addressed them. Overall, my experience with Dr. Schneider and Ladies First has been exceptional! I recommend them to everyone I talk to. My delivery experience in the hospital exceeded all my expectations and every single person I met there had the best attitude and you could really tell they loved their job. Thank you to everyone at Ladies First, Baptist L&D and Dr. Schneider. 10/10 delivery experience."

"Do you all EVER answer your phones! Two hour wait times in the office, sending you to the wrong location (three different occasions). This is ridiculous. If you want to have a stress free maternity experience. I do not recommend."

"Just do yourself a favor and go to Sacred Hearts facilities if you want truly attentive care. There is a reason they have 4.8 stars vs Baptist having 2.6!! The patient to provider ratio is an absolute nightmare. I can't manage to go to an appointment without it taking 1.5-2 hours. The new office is inside of Baptist Hospital, which is a nightmare in itself. The whole 5th floor of the Bear Family Foundation (doctors building) is open with check in desks for each office so there is no division of offices, limited seating and absolute chaos. I wait 20-30 minutes each time to get called back, then 45 minutes-1 hour for my doctor to come in. The front office staff is completely overwhelmed with the number of patients being seen and the quality of care is so low. When I had my last baby at sacred heart they were so much more involved and attentive to my needs. I wait this long every time just for them to measure my belly and *sometimes* listen to the fetal heartrate. Today we waited from 8:20-10:50 because they called me back to my OB visit before my ultrasound. When I told the nurse that I was supposed to have an ultrasound first he said "nope I didn't see one". Halfway into my wait time in the OB visit, the ultrasound tech came in and said that the nurse had "screwed up" and that I was scheduled for that first but now she would have to work me in. My husband took off of work for the ultrasound today and minutes before we just got up and left while waiting to be "worked back in" she came and got us. 2.5 hours for a 10 minute OB visit and 10 minute ultrasound. I cried twice during all of this. If I wasn't already 37 weeks I would go elsewhere. I'll never choose baptist facilities again."

"Erika Schneider is wonderful but the billing department is awful. I spent all day trying to get a hold of someone who billed my insurance incorrectly and they just sent me around to I don’t know how many departments.. my procedure is in 5 days and they literally can’t call me back. Edit: so I’m 4 months post-op and having issues, and getting a hold of someone to make an appointment has been impossible. My doctor walked out before my last appointment without calling me ahead of time. I drove 45 minutes one way to be there. All they said was “oops. Sorry.” I’m changing my obgyn. STAY AWAY."
