"The foreign gal in fragrance is fantastic. They have a new cologne, Saks Fifth Avenue won’t even receive for another year she explained to me they have the exclusive. Very pricy but well worth it and wrapped the present for me Very joyful the other gal in fragrance helped and both smiled. Also Debbie in men’s clothing is fantastic! She has waited on me several years always helpful, always cheerful and smiles Gift wrapping on the other hand needs more training in customer service and manners. Gift wrapping not free. I had items I bought the previous week from Dillards and had them gift wrapped. I had a couple of items this week from Macy’s she said it will be an hour I paid for it. when I returned I had three candles that were on the first floor I brought up to gift wrap waited in line before I had chance to ask if I can pay for candles in gift wrap she hollers out NO! Glaring at me. I turned around, thinking she’s talking to a coworker and she’s stares again to me said NO! I asked I’m not able to purchase the volcano scent candles here? She gave me a good tongue lashing explained she was reprimanded for gift wrapping and the items I gave her were from Macys. The other customers are looking at me. At this point I do not see a sign Dillards items only, you never mentioned it when I gave gifts to you and when I paid for it. I don’t appreciate being treated this way your loud tone in front of all these customers when I walk up to the counter yelling NO at me. It’s not proper, rude and inconsiderate. I’ve treated you professionally, and I expect to be treated the same. If your boss reprimanded you, don’t take it out on me. There is also bad negative energy in gift wrapping. Walk by gift wrapping. None of them greet you or smile. Maybe it’s because they next to the managers offices or they simply hate there job"

She was so excited to help and did a terrific job on my partners eyes and gave her so much confidence with the look she was inspired by. "This location has outstanding merchandise and helpful happy employees. I had purchased 2 pair of shoes knowing I would only keep one but needed to decide which pair would work best with my clothes. When I returned the other pair the nicest lady helped me. Then I wandered over to handbags and another kind lady helped me. I ended up buying a great looking crossbody. On my way out, I stopped by mens fragrances and yet another friendly associate waited on me! I ended up making a purchase there too. I was pleasantly surprised by the selections and staff!"
