"I missed treated in this store by James. I asked for a shoe in my size and was told they don’t have them in store I have to go online and purchase them. As I was leaving I seen another customer trying on a pair. I asked a different sales representative for my size in the shoe I was just told they didn’t have and he brought it out for me. When I asked James why he told me they didn’t have it he said he wasn’t going to argue with me he checked and he didn’t see that shoe. I still purchased the shoe but I will not be returning to this store again unfortunately."

"My name is Karha and I went into the downtown Sarasota location today at 5:00 PM looking forward to purchasing 2 pairs of running shoes. I had my husband and dog with me as well. When we arrived at the location we were not acknowledged or offered assistance. I looked for a store associate (giving the benefit of the doubt the associate might be busy) and found him at the register with his back turned to me. I said excuse me sir, no response. Had to repeat myself by yelling to get the associate to turn around and notice I was in the store. He had to take one of his two air buds out to hear me. I asked if I could have my feet scanned to make sure I was going to purchase the correct pairs of shoes and orthotics. I was told the scanner was broken and the associate turned his back to me. I went back to the women’s shoes and started looking at the shoes. I had to walk back up to the counter again and ask the associate if I could please try on some shoes. He responded “ bring me up the shoes you want.” I realized I was bother to the associate by the tone in his voice. I asked politely “could you please help me differentiate between the styles?” His response was a long sigh and being told I could look up the details online. I then grabbed two pairs of ASICS abruptly and asked to try them in 8.5 and 8. The associate returned with three boxes and placed them on the bench. He said there is only a 8.5 left in one of the shoes. He then Answered his cell phone and walked back to the register with his back turned. My husband was mortified with the poor customer service. Next I opened the three shoe boxes where two of them had the wrong style of shoe I asked to try on. My husband attempted to get the associates attention to fix his mistake but was without success. To make things worse my husband and I were the only customers in the store, and were given the poorest customer service. I finally excepted I was not going to be able to purchase shoes at this time due to being ignored."

"I had recently bought a Retrospec 7-speed city bike online & brought it here to have it properly assembled. It was done on the same day I dropped it off, & A. Bennett was very kind to answer any questions I had about biking in general as well as providing me with a much more comfortable seat! The bike is now ready to go & I rode it all the way back home after the visit just because of how happy I was to finally be able to ride it! Highly reccomend this shop for any bike needs you may have, especially when buying online."
