"The owner Carmen is a Gem! I was in Siesta Key a few months ago (from Massachusetts) and have regretted not purchasing a Tommy Bahama shirt that I loved from this boutique. I have not been able to find it anywhere… I called the shop and Carmen knew the exact garment I was referring too. Unfortunately she did not have it in stock anymore but took time out of her day to find it for me somewhere else. That is the definition of customer service! Can’t give her enough praise! "Was in with my kids and looking to spend some money on their very expensive clothing. My 4 year old ended up having to go to the restroom so I asked if she could use it. The lady behind the counter said we all have to go to the coffee shop at the end of the plaza. I said to her “so you shut down the store for you to use the restroom?” I mean it’s a 4 year old needing to use the restroom."

"If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD!! This lady... the one working there... accused us of STEALING and made us exit the store! She accused us of stealing a ring that has never existed before. She ignored covid regulations by getting on a guests face and breathing down her neck. She is a very forgetful, rude, and immature woman. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WILL GET BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The whole time she was staring us weirdly and threatened to call the cops. The security sensor is broken because as we went in it went off and she has nothing with sensors on it anyway. "I have been to this store many times! I absolutely love the staff they're so friendly and very helpful. Anytime i have an event to go to I find myself here for both me and my husband. I love this place the clothes are very good quality with great prices! I tend to find myself coming out with more than intended."

"If I could give no stars I would. I walked into this store today between 5 & 6pm. The lady at the front desk completely ignored me!! There was no greeting or any form of communication between she and I. I know that she saw me because I was the only one in the store at the time. I walked around the store for a few minutes (hoping my presence would be acknowledged somehow), saw a few things I liked but because of her poor attitude, I walked out and took my $$$ to the store next door. I was vacationing in the siesta key beach area which I think is quite nice but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend she is replaced as she is clearly bad for business. This was my first time in this store and I know it would be my last. Please train your staff on basic customer service."
