"The agent (not MBP) answering the phone would not process an auto estimate (not a quote) unless she did a full credit check. I did not want 3-4 credit checks while I’m shopping for insurance with multiple companies and lower my credit score. (Of course, a credit check is needed when the time comes to actually buying.) Anyhow…. Got necessary estimates from Geico, Progressive, and others without a credit check. Too bad for MBP…. 3 cars, home, flood, and an umbrella coverage lost."

"I've been a client of MBP State Farm for about 30 years, first my car & now its cars, house & life insurance. We have always had exemplary service from this agency - as well as from claims when needed. We moved 24 years ago much farther away but have continued to use her agency due to the professionalism, prompt, swift service & quality staff."

"Terrible place to have your insurance if you ever want to speak to an agent! Have to say the last time I called about a week ago I did get to talk to the one answering the phone and she was attentive to my needs without putting me on hold only to leave a message and never recieve a call back. I have tried to change info a dozen times only to have it not updated. This lady I spoke to a week ago updated all my changes and finally sent me another insurance card via email. First one since sometime in 2016. I wish I remembered her name because she needs to be recognized! Unless they hire more like her I recommend another office even if this one is convenient."

"First, the agent I was working with told me I could not have my refunds forwarded to a third party. Total lie. Had to call corporate to get that done (and since they provided the refunds in advance, no third party was even necessary but they were inconvenienced nonetheless). Then I was told I should have not renewed my car registration (after I had already done so) before exporting my car to another country (so I returned stickers but never received refund from state). Again completely inaccurate information. Now I am in that other country and just received a notification from the Florida DMV that my driver's license will be suspended because my insurance has been cancelled. She failed to explain that I needed to keep my registration current as well as a minimum liability policy on my car until my temporary import expires or I turn it over to someone else. I will be calling corporate in the morning and reporting this branch for the worst customer service ever and sincerely hoping they can somehow help me to retain my FL driver's license. After years and years with State Farm in other states, I am simply appalled at the inadequate service I received here."

"Totaled our car and even after contacting them they told us that our policy was canceled and then we were charged for 2 months after the wreck even after contacting them three more times. Got a new truck and they told us we were insured and that we would get an insurance card in the mail, the bank almost took the truck back and we found out that they hadn't insured our truck like they said, yet they still charged us for insurance. Everytime we call they say that they will have an "Eric Cavenough" call us back then we never receive a call and he is so convinently gone every time we call and ask for him. They are difficult, rude, and hang up on you if you try to ask any questions regarding a bullsh** charge. After talking to many others with the local state farm they all have had the same issue."
