"Cant look up information without id rather number"

"One of their field reps from the Tampa W waters Ave office screwed me over last month. We met at a store on Columbus and made plans to meet at my place. At this time I had shared the two deal breakers. 1 all my drs must keep. 2. There has to be a savings to counseling services When he came over everything sounded good until I noticed a discrepancy. On the plan book it indicates $30 per session for counseling, he had told me it would be $5. Big difference. He said he would look it over and get back to me. Before he left I reiterated that no change of insurance will be done until this information is confirmed. He didn’t get back to me until the end of the week. He lied about not submitting the application and didn’t tell me about until the last day of the month which fell on Saturday. I had to call to cancel it and now I’m with no insurance for the month of March until my old insurance reinstates on April 1st. I do not recommend this place and please don’t bother with the field agent."

"WellCare has a great idea with making Welcome Rooms like this one open to the community. Computers are available with helpful staff to assist in looking up information and ordering OTC supplies. The meeting room is free use for groups that support wellness. A calming experience."

"Typical Corporate business. Refuse to pay bills , On hold for hours , really no option prestige , humana , amerirgroup all the same. When you finally get somebody on the phone seems like its their first day on the job or first day in the country. All organized by our wonderful legislature . Had a pretty good laugh though , when the girl said , how can our wonderful healthcare help you. So at least they left me with a good laugh."
