"It’s only noon here and the customer service has been beyond awful! The young lady at the register looks very miserable to say the least. There was no hello, or how are you doing when we spoke to her. All I got was just a blank face. We asked a question and again, just got a blank stare back at me. The guy who was making the smoothies looks like he definitely doesn’t want to be here either. We were in here for about half hour while we ate and my kids and no staff would speak to anyone nor themselves. It was so awkward you could a pin drop. As people kept coming and out, no greetings were given at all. Management should be here and make sure staff is fully trained. I personally don’t think I’d give my money to this place again if this is how depressing the staff and atmosphere is. Not even a “Thank you” was given after we made our purchase. That’s just crazy"

"Today Saturday at 11:48 came to this spot as usually and the girl working there just looks miserable the staff period. They said nothing to the guest no good morning, no welcome to tropical smoothie like nothing. No manager in sight not one shocker. I worked as a gm in restaurants for years and I would never not have my staff not give a perfect customer experience. If it’s not a ten do it again. Training is definitely needed here especially with customer service that’s step one"

"Don’t get me wrong I love tropical smoothie! Just don’t go to this location… absolutely will not be going to this location after today. My husband and I put in a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 5:40, we got there at 5:30, we knew we were early and it was busy so we waited. My husband and I are pretty patient people, however, when it got to the hour mark of us waiting for 2 sandwiches and 1 smoothie and the smoothie was made wrong 3 times. The first time it tasted like straight ice, the second time it was made with sugar when on the label it says no sugar, so we ask for it to be remade. The guy said yes, we waited another 10 minutes, so we check and see if it’s being made, the guy had left and didn’t tell anyone so it was never made, finally someone starts working on it still puts in sugar by accident and instead of starting over just tries to scoop out the sugar so of course it is still not tasting right. It’s way too sweet, after them making the shake wrong 3 times and waiting an hour for a mobile order we gave up and left, the food was good but the staff just doesn’t seem to care and the past few times I’ve been the staff has had an attitude. So just go to a different location. Management really needs to step up their game and retrain their staff or hire staff that actually gives good costumer service, makes the shakes properly, and are Organized because other people who didn’t have Mobile orders and got there after us were getting their food/shakes before us."

"First Time Trying The Acai Bowl & I Was Very Excited, The Wait Took 40 Minutes And I Was The Only Customer There. Once I Got My Acai Bowl And Made It Home I Noticed My Acai Bowl Had No granola In It And Everyone Knows granola Is The Best Part About The Acai Bowl, Very Disappointed About The Wait Time & The Acai Bowl"

"Stop here today and was reminded why I stopped coming here. They are always slow and unorganized. No hello, can I take your order, and no thank you for coming to tropical smoothie or have a good day….at least acknowledge your customers 1 person taking orders and then making the smoothies. Positive: my smoothie was made correctly today"
