"My fiancé made an appointment with Dr Mylene, Specifically asked that mylene was accepting new patients and was told that she was. now the day before the appointment she finds out that she's actually seeing a nurse practitioner and not the doctor she made an appointment with. If you were going to switch our doctor you should have called and made sure we were ok with it. this bait and switch nonsense is unacceptable. we are canceling our appointment for our daughter and going to a different doctor. the patient chooses the doctor. not the office. period."
