"Happy to be seen right away, most paperwork was completed after I had seen the doctor. A small tablet monitor was brought in while waiting for my prescription and a lady handled check in and out with verification of insurance quickly. Excellent very clean facility with state of the art equipment. I would definitely go back if additional care was needed."

"I had been sick for a couple of days and things took a turn for the worse on Thanksgiving day. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the care that I received. Everyone from the young man at the reception desk to the wonderful doctor was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful... Something rarely found these days, much less from those working on a holiday. Within a couple of hours under their care, I felt SO very much better and continued recovering at home. This staff was definitely on my list of blessings to be thankful for this year."

"I wouldn't give this place any stars if I could. I arrived close to their closing time at night, not to bother anyone, but because I was in pain. My physician had urgently recommended that I visit the urgent care to ensure everything was alright. I was undergoing IVF treatment, my hormones were unbalanced( if you have been in this treatments you can understand how I was), and I was in pain, fearing a clot in my leg. The front desk staff assumed I couldn't understand or speak English and made comments like, 'This is unbelievable, we can't go home because someone just showed up.' They didn't know that I'm also a doctor and fully understand how they feel. However, emergencies happen, and people need attentive care. Thankfully, my situation wasn't urgent, and due to my ongoing treatment, they didn't have to administer any medication, as I didn't want to disrupt my stimulation cycle. But what if it had been serious? This place lacks empathy and professionalism."
