"Worst Dr office around… Ultra Sound people always 15-20 minutes late to arrive in morning, Can’t work teleconference appointments and they just knocked over and broke my wife’s phone and now denying it…. Horrible"

"The ultrasound technicians are 5 star - all very sweet and kind and respectful. The remainder of the staff, at least who I have come in contact with, leave much to be desired. The first visit with the Specialist was less than 5 minutes. I learned nothing from her and was confused as to why I was even going there to begin with. The second appointment, after waiting one hour for the Specialist, was told she was held up at the hospital with a patient and would not be in for 2 hours and I could wait if I would like. Why they waited so long to tell me that and left me sitting and waiting, I have no clue. So I rescheduled. Show up for the rescheduled appointment, and was told that I have one outstanding balance from two weeks prior, which I had not received a bill/statement for, had recently met my deductible in full, and was not informed of the three times they confirmed this appointment with me, and did not have my debit card on me, so they REFUSED to treat me because I could not make a payment at their demand with no notice, with no statement, and advised I could make a payment in full tomorrow, it wasnt good enough for them. Regardless of the fact that all other bills were paid timely and in full, and it showed that I am not delinquent in any manner with them. I am changing doctors to ones who have better customer service skills and who handle billing in a reasonable manner."

"I will not give even a single star to them. I had to give 1 star to post this review. Consider as zero star. They make you wait for an hour even if you have appointment. They have hidden charges. Stay away from them."
