"Find somewhere other than clay behavioral. Worst staff ever and not helpful or polite at all . The pharmacy will leave you waiting on your prescription for hours after they got it . While they inform you they are working on your prescription the pharmacist instead likes to play in the park lot having useless conversations and b.s ing. I would have left 0 star rating if I was able. They are nothing more then a money hole cause that's all they care about"

"Update: Kicked me out and ripped me off my medicine because an old doctor didn't put info into their system. --------- I've gone here just about all my life and hardly ever have a problem. Perhaps previous posters had a bad doctor? Either way, there is always going to be doctors, physicians, therapists who don't care. You just have to sift through it the best you can. Overall, Clay Behavioral has been very good to me"

"Showed up for my child's appointment at 10:00 a.m. just for them to tell me that I don't have an appointment for my son. Weighted for about 20 minutes for them to figure things out. Didn't get anywhere was tired of waiting so I left. We waited at least 6 months for this appointment."

"It is 3 pm. My appointment was at 1:20. They had computer issues they whole day and I was told the appointment might happen early. I’ve been on the phone since 12:30. They just told me they cancelled the appointment, will not be able to reschedule me for over 42 and just did a 30 day refill without seeing my kid. The dr is great and is the only reason why I stayed but just contacted Inspire to rise to change his psychiatrist."

"I have 2 children that have received services through Clay Behavioral and I believe it was highly beneficial for both children. As a person thrust into a parental role, it was great to have the children receiving assistance with their mental health at a difficult time for them as well as receiving support as a newly formed family. They were also wonderful about directing us to other supportive services. There are no instant fixes when it comes to mental health. With time and consistency, we were able to begin a positive track. Thanks for all of the help."
