"Real friendly staff and clextreely clean facilities. I like that if they are running behind they keep you updated, the same way if you’re late they try their best to accommodate you. The staff if positive and welcoming."
"I'm a guy of German heritage and I served in the United States Navy from January 1984 to July 1997 . This was my first time at a veterans clinic and the service was great ! I think that I got better service than I did from my family doctor . The staff was very courteous . The wait seemed to be a bit long but I expected that ."
"Worse than the Jefferson clinic. Like the other reviews say, they DO NOT answer the phone. I was told that they do things their own way not the VA way. That's probably why there are so many issues with this location. The leadership needs to be replaced immediately!"
"This place is Horrible. They will not answer the phone. FINALLY someone answered the phone. Literally after weeks of trying to reach someone The lady who I just spoke with informed me that there is only one person to do the Admission part of this to see if my 90-year-old father would qualify for benefits. She also said that no one there has VM. and the person I need to speak to does not answer their phone. How does an organization not have VM for anyone who works there? She transferred me to a Third Party and of course, they have VM because they do not answer their phone. So the treatment they give our Vets who have served our Country is disgusting and if our Vets treated our country the way this location treats them. Where would we be now????????? As I read other reviews I can see this is a continuous problem that has not been fixed,"
"Friendly staff. The clinic is smaller than I thought it would be though. Looking at the building from the outside I thought it was a big operation. Nope. It’s a community clinic. Nothing wrong with that, but every veteran I spoke to while I was there wants a larger clinic here. Hopefully the VA will expand or maybe even build a clinic instead of leasing space. The staff is really nice and helpful though so I’m giving it 4 stars. Everyone at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you."
