Optimal Imaging: Middleburg

"I recently had an MRI at Optimal Imaging in Middleburg FL. I had the BEST experience at this facility while receiving this particular test. My Technician, Angela B. was very professional and quite thorough while administering this test. I would highly recommend this facility for all of your medical imaging needs."

"This place needs some serious staff changeover. When I arrived for my appointment, no one greeted me or acknowledged me, nor did they when I reached the counter. I had to fumble around in my wallet for my ID to kill about 20 seconds because it was so awkward that I was standing there at the counter and was just ignored. After getting checked in, I was waiting for over 25 minutes past my appointment time and there were still 3 people in front of me, so I knew I wouldn’t be seen anytime soon. That is insane and a complete disregard of my time. After those 25 minutes I left, because I wasn’t missing more work to wait excessively because a medical facility doesn’t respect people’s time. So now I will have to schedule this appointment again, but I learned my lesson about the Middleburg location so I’ll go elsewhere. If the administrative staff was this unprofessional, I can only imagine the imaging staff."

"This place has the worst customer service. I've called multiple times, left voicemails and I still have not received any resolution to my request to have my recent and past scans reviewed. I had my mammogram on 8/4 and I'm still waiting."

"My husband scheduled his appointment online for 10:15AM for a CT scan with contrast. He arrived and was told he was supposed to be there at 9:30AM. He was given no call, text, e-mail or anything for that matter that told him that information. He arrived at his appointment time, per his confirmation e-mail. The office workers told him to come back at 1:30. He arrived on time. He watched several people come in after him and complete their tests before him. This place also has lockers to store your belongings, which he was never given. He had to put his things in a bin, despite other people finishing their use of lockers and tests before him, DESPITE ARRIVING AFTER HIM. He was left in a gown under an A/C vent freezing, as he watched another female patient come in after him for the same exact test and complete her test before him?? Overall, we will never visit this facility again."
