"I called back in mid-October to schedule as a new patient. However, they couldn't take me in because my insurance needed to change my PCP, which took until the next month. I call back as I was told by whoever was on the phone at the doctor's office and they apparently can't take me in anymore even though they gave me no choice but to wait. I have a high blood pressure and respiratory problems. How can you reassure me by telling me you'll call me back and then not call back at all?? And now I'm told to find another Primary Care Provider even though both agreed initially??? I waited a month in total and they couldn't secure my appointment?? And then I waited a week for a callback, which never happened. Completely and utterly disappointed with the staff on the phone."
