"What a scam. I went there waited for 1.5 hrs to be seen. And finally when I saw the “doctor” who I believe was actually a nurse practitioner for my sharp stomach pain. Basically said she doesn’t know what it could be and that I should see a gastroenterologist. Well duh? I’m wondering if you think it’s urgent enough to go to a hospital or not. Nevertheless, I left and got a prescription for cramping. A month later I get a bill for 200$ lol they literally spent a total of 5 minutes talking to me and did absolutely nothing, and provided zero guidance. Don’t go here if you want real help. Do yourself a favor and establish a PCP so when you run into situations like mine you don’t get scammed out of money. From money grab urgent care centers. Only reason I went is because I just moved down to FL and don’t have a PCP. Also customer service wise you’ll notice they only respond to people who leave 5 star reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place and how they treat people. If it’s not a lay up customer service wise they make no attempt to reconcile."

"Everything was fine. The staff were very, very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was that their system was down so they could only take patients on n a first come first served basis. And I had an appointment. So I waited a little longer than I thought would."

"Please make sure you know what EXACTLY your signing! Front desk did NOT do a good job at explaining what we signed! Turns out we signed to have what our insurance DIDN’T cover… get automatically paid after 60 days! With their credit/visa agreement! Completely off guard! Why would they offer this when you have a 200+ bill!!?"

"I went for myself about a week ago with strep throat, wait was less than 20 min. Front desk person was awesome and service was good. Unfortunately, I went back yesterday because my son had an earache and some throat issue. Upon arrival I noticed 5 or 6 people waiting in waiting room. Not to bad I thought. I stood at front desk waiting for around 10 minutes while girl at desk typed in computer and never looked up or gave any kind of greeting. This was not the same girls who was awesome a week ago. I finally asked if she would like for me and my son to take a seat and wait. She looked up disgusted and said I’m really busy, be with you in a few. I then said to her, thanks for response however I’m not a mind reader and you haven’t said a word in ten minutes. She then asked if I had an appointment I said no. She said it’s going to be a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. I said have a great day and walked out. Poor poor customer service. Sorry you just lost my business and hopefully the many folks that are tired of putting up with horrible commuter serve."

"My family has used CareSpot over the years & they have always helped us. My recent visit was especially nice because the front desk staff were really nice & seemed to be concerned about the patients. The dr & nurses were also very helpful. My health was well taken care of!"
