"Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location at all just save yourself the time and go to Kingsley. The staff was rude especially the lady at the front desk. They were quite literally looking at piled up boxes in the back for my glucose test(which should be refrigerated anyway). Showing up on time doesn’t matter because you’ll still end up waiting and then getting your appt canceled since they didn’t have what they needed. It was an overall unprofessional environment."

"If Linda is working the front window, you can throw customer service/kindness straight out the window. She was so rude I was quite literally jaw dropped. Every patient she came in contact with she was rude to. I have reached out to corporate, and still waiting for a response. I come to this location because of or how friendly and accommodating the staff WAS. Very disappointing. Labcorp please do something about this bad apple before she rots the bunch."

"This was once the best lab in the three county area when it was owned by Consolidated. My family all got their labs there for many years. It was easy to get in, draw blood and. easy to get out and there was no bureaucracy. The phlebotomists were friendly and skillful. This all changed since LabCorp took over operations. Although they have about the same number of customers, there's almost always a backup at the kiosk and the kiosk is not easy to use. I've started getting my labs at Baptist Clay and I'm very satisfied with the service."

"Great experience from check in until departure, which was 15 minutes at the most. I made an appointment online before arriving. They were friendly and the girl that drew my blood did a good job."
