"I’ve visited the ENT offices three times. At each appointment I was seen promptly. Dr. Melzer was courteous, listened to my concerns, didn’t rush and responded thoroughly to my questions at both our encounters. My very first appointment, per their protocol, had to be with their audiologist. That was okay, but her very limited availability meant that visit was scheduled nearly two months after my initial call in early 2023. I assume that has improved for others since."

"Dr. Fee and everyone in the office was great. I was having issues with my right ear being plugged for a few weeks. Dr. Fee found I had fluid built up in my ear, told me my options and she made an incision on my ear drum and I could hear again. I highly recommend Dr.Fee to anyone."
