"Waited ove 4 hours for a simple procedure with no updates about how my wife is doing she waited 2 hours in waiting room two hours in prep room still with no update on if the doctor has started would not recommend."

"Went in for appointment for my mom had appt at 1:50 had a 2 hour delay finally took her at 3:50 waited back there for her to get prepped she still back there after 530 still not given procedure just gave it with prep have not even given her anesthesia for procedure would not recommend this place at all unless you have a 6:30 am appt nothing is even close to being on time."

"I was in there today for my first colonoscopy and everyone was caring, attentive and friendly. Rosalie (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was awesome! I've had several procedures at LSC and they have always provided excellent care from checking in all the way to discharge. Thank you!!"

"I was very impressed with the staffs from the front desk, Financial Clerk, Dr Garas the Anesthesiologist went beyond for me - polite and thoughtful, the nurses were pleasant and caring. I had a lengthy wait time but at times that can’t be controlled due to emergencies. Dr. Nwakakwa had good bedside manners. I am happy that my Procedure went smoothly. The overall staffs that I encountered were awesome!!!!"

"Had an upper GI endoscopy here today and despite the negative reviews on google my experience was very positive. We arrived just after 6am and I was called back around 7ish for prep so not a hideous wait. My procedure was scheduled for about 7:45/7:50 and they seemed right on schedule despite a very busy lobby. Another wait for awhile in prep but I was made very comfortable and staff was very nice and friendly. I was nervous over having anesthesia for the first time but staff was caring and very reassuring. Around 8am I was taken to the OR and again made comfortable. Once I was settled a mouth guard was put in place and that’s all I remember! Next thing I knew I was waking up back in the recovery area. I was spoken to briefly by Dr. Patel and then attended by another nurse and the anesthesia wore off quickly and a bit later was able to get dressed and be on my way. All told my entire time here was about 2 hours, quick and literally painless from check in to check out. I have nothing bad to say and would likely choose this center again. Not sure about other people’s negative experiences, but my own was wonderful and I have no complaints at all. Despite others complaining they’re horribly run or unorganized I did not feel the same….they seemed quick, efficient, and kind."
