"I’ve had a lot of endoscopies done and this one was okay. I liked the documentation that was given after the surgery. I did not like the 3 hour delay but I’m sure they have no control over that. I also feel like their blanket warmer should have been used on the blankets. It’s miserable to wait in a cold room for 3 hours."

"This place is so unbelievably unprofessional and has no regard for patient care. My husband had an colonoscopy appointment booked for august, they called this week and said it was canceled but they could see him at 12pm on Friday. We rearranged our schedules to make this work, along with him taking additional time off to do the prep. Then we get a call the day before that they could see him earlier at 10am. Once again we were flexible. Dropped him off at 9:45am, mind you he hasn’t eaten since Wednesday at 9pm, it is now 1:15pm and he STILL hasn’t been seen for his procedure. Clearly the priority is to overbook the schedule without a care for the patients experience or time. For how much you charge the insurance company for this procedure, the patient and patients family’s time should be better considered. Will definitely not be coming back to this place and highly recommend you find somewhere else if you are considering options. ***just to give an update, approaching 5 hours and still no procedure. I’ve tried calling 3 times and no answer. Wish I could give negative stars."
