"Hello, my husband, Assadolah Sadree, M.D., and I are patients of Dr. Nanette Ortiz since 2019. We always have received services with care, support, and respect from her and her nurses and staff. She and her staff deserve to be rated five star for their had work. Dr. Crus Ranea also is very good and caring doctor in this office. This morning I had experience something that never happened before. The office manager, Marina DeLeon, called me to cancel our follow-up appointments after our 3 months blood test. We should see the replacement Dr., which was fine with us since Dr. Ortiz is on vacation, at 2:45 and 3:00 pm tomorrow, Friday 12/29/23, seven days after blood test as usual. Marina called to cancel the appointments and said that the Dr. leaving at 2:45. When I object, she said your appointments are given to you by mistake when you called the call center. I never make appointments with the call center because I DON'T trust them, and I told Marina that. The appointments were made in the office after our last visit of our blood test and seven days after for follow up. Again, she said they made a mistake and your appointments were on 12/26/23. I got mad, because it was not true and she was forceing her lies to me. I told her 12/26/23, had appointment with my husband Cardiologist. 12/22/23 blood test, 12/29/23, follow up seven days after. She made me very upset and mad early in the morning, and I told her that I don't want to talk to you, please send me to miss Josey, Dr. Ortiz's staff, which l have very good experiences and relationship. She calmed me down and took care of me. Being said, Marina DeLeon is not fit for Dr. Ortiz office. She will ruin all the hard work and reputation of that office. She is rough and proud of herself. On 12/22/23, she was drawing blood from my husband, almost 90 years old so roughly that he pulled his hand away because he was hurt. I DON'T believe that the cancellation of our appointments came from the Dr. Doctors would not do this unless having emergency, which was not the case. I think this manager using her power in a Wrong way, lies, make decisions for patients and upset them. She even walks with her head up. I had to report this to your corporate office. It was upsetting."
