"I quit their care today after months of poor service. I had several visits with them, none of which I ever met a doctor. From the first appointment, I was labeled as a drug abuser for a prescription that I take as needed (which is not often, but regardless, taken appropriately as prescribed). I provided proof of this prescription for my records, and this code was still placed, stating they recommended drug abuse counseling (which not once came up in conversation during any visit; falsifying codes IS illegal). They later put in a code of "drug use complicating pregnancy during second trimester". Again, for a prescription that was legally prescribed. When I asked my nurse (because you'll never meet your doctor) about this, her response was that coding and notes are outsourced and they likely overlooked my prescription. I asked for my records to put in my own personal file and was told they are $25, regardless of insurance, or they could fax their hogwash to my next OB. I would never recommend this OB to anyone and will be reporting this clinic to the board of health for the falsification of codes and malpractice."

"I drove a hour and a half today to show up and be told my appointment was canceled. With no call, text or email to notify me before hand. There only solution was for me to go somewhere else to try to get an ultrasound same day. Not even offering or willing to call the office themselves to try to solve the issue and for that big cherry on top came home to a bill for testing I was never notified about and would have never approved. That was sent out of my insurances network even though on the patient information papers they had me fill out my lab was listed. This office is garbage and I definitely do not recommend."

"Visited in January for a physical, December now of the same year and my prescription expired without my knowledge, I’m now on day 3 of not being able to take my birth control or being able to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. They just tried setting me up for an appointment saying I haven’t been there in a very long time, I don’t need to get checked every month of the year!! I’m on a 3 month supply of birth control and had three refills left before it expired. Seems like they care about getting money from appointments then holding up their end and giving me the medicine that was already supposed to be filled for me! Why make it expire before I will use all of my refills!? Been on hold for the longest time waiting at the pharmacy because apparently after calling all day, now it was sent. However, the pharmacy says they don’t have anything from the doctor."

"I go now for prenatal care I'm a high risk patient so I go in between my advent high risk and here. Usually when I get to see Barabra she is on what my high risk doctors want's them to do. Sometimes they are not just depends just really got speak up for yourself when talking to anyone which can be hard to do. But the ultrasound tech is nice. Front desk lady is nice depending on the day sometimes she just seems frustrated with things or the systems not really rude. The ladies that do the blood pressure are always super nice. Compared to the care I was getting a Naugas office I'll take it the only reason it's not 5 stars is because not everyone is on the same page sometimes in the office which is weird . But I gotta another appointment soon where I need some stuff clarified so hopefully that goes well and we keep the stars up! Thank you!"

"I don't even know where to begin ... 0 starts would be the best option, but it isn't one. Their website shows 2 different addresses and we received conflicting information about which office the appointment was at. The confirmation message had the right street number, but didn't show a suite # ... the website link for directions takes you to the wrong address. When my daughter called from the parking lot trying to find the office, the person who answered couldn't tell her the suite number and put her on hold for more than 15 minutes. My daughter has been reading maps, GPS, and navigating around the US for over 20 years for work and never had this kind of problem. She called me from her work cell phone while she's on hold on the other one, having a panic attack because she has PTSD and can't find the office and knows she's late. The first call disconnected after 20 minutes and she had to call back and I could hear the system say the wait time to have the call answered was 8 minutes ... that same message kept repeating for almost 10 minutes. I had the suite number on my calendar at home and I pulled up a bigger map and talked her through the parking lots until she found it. When she gets there, they tell her she's late and they don't know if they can see her ... she's still on hold from the 2nd call when she gets there. Then the staff asks her why she's there ... she was referred from her primary doctor and had no idea what was on the official referral form. She told them why she thought she was there, and that's not listed. A lady in the waiting room that helped my daughter calm down from her panic attack had been waiting for several hours and finally rescheduled because she had to pick up her kids at school. When my daughter was finally seen, the nurse and nurse practitioner spent less than 15 minutes (total) with her. It appears neither bothered to look at her referral, intake paperwork, or to make notes on her file as they both asked her the same questions and the answers were all on the intake paper work. The waiting room was overflowing and the checkout line was long as well ... checkout took almost 30 minutes. The recent bad reviews seem to be valid. I just wish my daughter would have checked them before wasting her time to go here. Other doctors' offices were telling her their first appointment was 3 months out and this one was able to get her in within just a couple of weeks, but it sounds like they really overbook in order to do that. My daughter was not at all comfortable with the way she was treated at the front desk or the time that was actually spent with her as a new patient ... she felt like just another number in a long line of numbers. We've both been to a lot of new doctors as our family has moved quite a bit in the past ... new patient exams have always been MUCH longer than the time she spent actually seeing the nurse practitioner. Don't waste your time at this office."
