"I would give 5 stars for Dr Pierre & Dr Serenity ❤️ love the nurse with the dreaded hair , but the Darkskinned girl w glasses at the receptionist desk along with the other young lady ARE VERY RUDE , disrespectful & don’t deserve there job titles … over all great drs office besides those 2 in the front"

"Doctor is wonderful, nurses are great but front desk staff is RUDE AND NASTY. They are not welcoming and will speak to you like you are garbage. Finding a new peds office asap."

"I love the doctors and PA, but their scheduling is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. In my 36 years and 3 children I have never seen anything as bad. I have been there about 5 times and have never been seen in under one hour and never left in under an hour and 45 minutes. I have had almost a 3 hour appointment there for my infant. My child is exhausted and upset by the time we make it to the room. I have come early and it makes no difference. Why don’t you call your patients when you are an hour behind on appointments? Why are you scheduling so many people each day? Stop accepting new patients when you can’t accommodate your existing ones. You should always keep in account sick children and schedule accordingly. How come other pediatric offices don’t have this issue? It is so messy. Now I have to find another office with doctors I don’t like as much. People take off of work for these appointments and the front office does not care."

"The staff up in the front are the worst. Horrible attitude and no empathy . The nurses are much kinder but man, the front staff literally sets the mood for the whole visit. After today I’m definitely looking to change offices ."

"I found this place for my baby because another one wasn't accepting new patients and I am so glad it happened. From the receptionist to the medical assistants/nurses and the doctors, everyone is welcoming and treats my baby well. I feel the staff and especially doctors really care. I feel my daughter is in good hands with Dr. Pierre and what she tells me medically I can trust as its a holistic approach. They also squeeze you in if your baby is sick which is reassuring. I cant reccomend this place enough!!"
