"Front desk needs to change attitude towards clients. I haven’t seen anyone here because of them."

"If I could give a zero I would. The people at the front had an attitude and they wanted me to come back every month for the sleeping medication that they had been giving me. I tried to explain to the rude lady at the front desk that I normally come every 3 months but she refused to let me even talk to the doctor. It seems like they’re all about profit."

"Terrible experience,i had to travel from the middle of Florida because my lawyer recommended me them and on the appointment of my son after them having to finish my payment of my last visit there were still 35 minutes to get there so i called them to make sure im ok and i will get there late,the assistant tells me to "hurry up" i answered "what if something happens on the highway" and if they were going to be responsible for it. Truly horrible experience and 0 humanity, i do not recommend them."

"Does not respect schedule time 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and she show up at 11:00 when I ask about the schedule time front desk service lady gave me attitude. My test was done on Tuesday and I have been told the test will ready 4 days later, when I show up to pick up the test it wasn't ready while I was writing something on my phone that lady told me I need to walk out of the door from the office. I don't recommend that office as referral. She's very upset because I told her I was here to pick up the results of my test. My peepee and my blood test was not seal in front of me, now I have doubt the results of the test."
