"I have been to two different offices. My "primary" dr, Dr Key's office is very nice, could have been laid out differently but it gets the job done. In the back of his office he has a therapy center, very nice. At the other office in Lecanto I went for an MRI. Very small waiting area. I was done even before my appointment time so I can say they are very efficient. No Complaints so far. I was referred by a friend and his wife. Good choice. Thanks."

"I went in for a knee issue and he overdosed me with Lidocaine. When he was spraying my knee it was frosted over completely and I had a terrible reaction that made my body freeze up and I almost passed out. My knee looked worse after the procedure and he said the swelling would go down. In fact the next day I had a huge golfball size knot that will not go away. It has gotten much larger. I called to talk to him and was very very rude with me. Not surprised because when I explained to him the reaction I had during my follow up visit he said that it was impossible. I called yesterday to speak to him and called me back today being very very rude. Now I will have to find another doctor. By the way they are unethical and take peoples money for a follow up when they code it as a visit and force you to pay as if you are seeing them for something new. My insurance company verified this is not ethical Doesn’t it start at the receptionist? Of course. They have gotten pretty slick and cannot be trusted for quality care and taking money for follow up visits for the same symptom. I will be reaching out yo the BBB and medical board."

"Their PA Karen Coy is the best at giving injections. I had shots in both knees over a 3 week period. I've had these shots administered before by other medical professionals. Her "touch" is the lightest I have ever felt. Their new West Marion facility is also more convenient for those of us located on that side of town."

"The scheduling staff was great! I explained my problem with another specialist and they were able to get me in the same day because I was told by the hospital I may need surgery. There was a patient's guest who who consistently refused to wear his mask and took it off each time the receptionist left the room. The patient's guest kept saying I'm 6' away from everyone. He should have been educated to understand that germs travel much further than 6' when someone coughs or sneezes. I just can't understand why someone doesn't know this after this many years of being forced to wear masks. My 1st impression of Dr M Krueger is an abundance of confidence and somewhat abrasive. He walked in the room, told me I needed surgery and we'll put a couple pins in there and some wiring rather than pull up my X-ray and show me on what and why I was having surgery. I'm withholding final judgment until I meet him again. I'm hoping that my initial meeting was just a fluke and he'll have better bedside manners in hospital. He took less than 10 minutes to see me even though I'm a new patient. He was too fast and now is unaware of a very significant piece of equipment implanted in my body. UPDATE: Dr. Krueger was much more attentive and discussed a little better how the surgery went and what the plan is going forward. Overall I liked how he handled things even though our initial meeting was very curt."
