"Everyone from the front desk staff to the Medical Assistant, to the doctor that I saw, were very friendly and professional. It was easy to make an appointment, the wait was not long. I have also received a call from a person asking me if my visit went OK. They seem very patient satisfaction conscious. Their goal is for each patient to have a positive experience and leave feeling like they were taken care of and happy. So far so good. Dr Martinez was very thoughtful and made me feel like I was cared about."

"Trying to find a new Primary Care doctor that has availability is rough. I received excellent care here. The receptionist was terrific very personable. The office was nice and clean . Robert Buckley PA-C was very attentive, answered my questions and I feel like he really listened. My husband since I have been married to since we were 16 (51 years married) passed 05/18/23 Robert took his time with me as I have a lot of medical issues and am still grieving. I feel at Village Medical I can get medically back on track. Thanks so much for the positive appt."
