Patient's Primary Care

"Updating my review of the staff at patient's Primary Care today. I have been with this office since 2012. We now have in our family a baby who needs a liver transplant. I have a tremendous amount of degenerative arthritis. From rheumatic fever as a child. Then from a bad horse accident racing while I had bacterial pneumonia. Needless to say it was a pretty bad crash LOL. At any rate I was moved today to expand this review because it just isn't good enough. With Rising inflation extra stress in our family I had the need to go back to work more than full-time LOL. Today is when it really struck me that without this incredibly caring staff. I wouldn't be able to work and do what I'm doing now! Lori herself is so knowledgeable and caring and she listen. Because of her insight a knowledge I've been able to not just work but to work without pain and to provide for these times! I don't know about anyone else but these times are pretty trying financial in our country. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I owe so much to Lori and The Incredibles staff at patient's Primary Care! I love all of them, they are the light at the end of the tunnel when you can no longer feel you could trust doctors in general. I thank them for everything they do for myself and all of my family members! I pray for their safety and continued good health. As perspective patience, you could do no better than to go to this office! Best Doc's, Best Staff! I would never go to any other G.P. office in Ocala!!!! They are all honest and caring, plus super skilled docs!!!! I love Lori and Diana they are super hero's to me!!!!"

"Brought a friend for his doctor appointment and while I was waiting I flat out told me I couldn't use the bathroom because I wasn't the patient. A medical center telling a human being they can't use their bathroom because they aren't the patient. The funny thing is I was a patient, it just wasn't my appointment today. I just love the hospitality."

"Had quite a bit of trouble speaking with the doctor after initial visit. Office ladies did not seem to get the doctor to return phone calls. I do not feel like I need to share my personal medical info with anyone other than my primary doctor, so I had to pick another doctor that and would get back with you."

"Small office with alot of repeat clients. Yes, occasionally Diana will be strict, but never rude. It's a catch 22, I have been going there for 8 years, and it's a busy little place. So sometimes it feels like home (a nuthouse), but that's why I keep going. Lisa, Lori, Dianna and Dr. Fuzz.--Just like me, when busy, I get a bit touchy, but they care, and that's why I go.."
