"DO NOT GO HERE! I have been a patient here for over 2 years! My dr. Recently relocated and I had an appointment today with someone I was not expecting. He was arrogant, only cared about policy, said my previous dr. “Did bad things” and would not refill my sleep medication!! He told me to go see a neurologist. You are just a number here!"

"This place has been harassing my parent to schedule unneeded medical visits . They are calling and sending very threatening letters claiming “bad behavior “ for simply declining medical visits. I personally witnessed a phone call where a lady from this office was very condescending and disrespectfully attempting to intimidate my parent into scheduling a visit. I was shocked at how demanding and authoritative she was behaving. They have sent registered letters indicating “ behavior problems “ as if they are allegedly trying to build a record for guardianship or conservatorship theft from the elderly or bill the insurance company for unnecessary doctors visits in my opinion. The letters have Dr. Adam Kachelman’s name on them. I would advise anyone to avoid this medical care facility and be sure to seek legal counsel for any mistreatment or intimidation by any medical professional."

"I’d leave no stars if possible. Made an appointment as a new patient on January 9th scheduled for Feb 1st. Arrived and was told there was no appointment with no explanation. The receptionist never offered to make another appointment or apologize. My spouse has serious medical issues that need addressed and if anything happens to him, VIP will be held accountable."

"Moved to Ocala about a year ago not realizing how difficult it was to leave your doctor back home you had over 25 years. I’m happy to say I found Vipcare at Canopy Oaks!! Had my first appointment with Dr. K in January (sorta like a meet & greet) going over medical history and care moving forward. He was professional, caring and listened to all your concerns!! The staff was amazing and professional!! Nurse Dee was awesome!! Just had my second appointment with him today to discuss all labs and tests that were done. My husband and I are happy we found him!! We’ll be sticking around for awhile!!!"

"Dr. Kachelman has taken over for Dr. Vogt. I didn't know Dr. Vogt that well as he usually sent in his assistant. I have been to see Dr. K multiple times and every time I was with him, he has shown his knowledge, expertise, kindness, concern and caring of my individual issues. Dee and Elaine, who are some of his staff, are exceptional. Elaine always greets me and is such a happy person, it makes you feel better. What can I say about Dee - she is the best! I love her concern and sincerity and how she listens to my issues. She then tells me that Dr. K will take good care of me - and he does! He listens to all my issues and takes the time to talk about each one specifically. Since I moved to FL, I have seen multiple doctors and there is no one that I know of that can compare to Dr. K."
