HCA Florida West Primary Care - W Street

"This was my first trip to this facility, and it was exhausting. I asked that my prescription be sent to a certain pharmacy, got to that pharmacy, and discovered they had no record of it. I called the office and asked. They said it would be done soon, and that they'd call me to lmk once it was done. I called them again 1 hour later to let them know it still wasn't done and requested they pretty-please send it asap. Another hour later, and Publix still had no record. I called HCA for the 3rd time and a lady lmk prescriptions would be sent at EOD as the doctor was seeing patients all day. No biggie, and thank you. I called Publix an hour after HCA closed, and still nothing. I know you can't please everybody, but I don't feel they tried."

"We didn’t wait long in the waiting room at all and we also didn’t wait long to see the NP. She was fantastic and really listened to my son and was thorough with her treatment. She also was able to get me paperwork that was desperately needed so fast when the other Dr we saw almost a month ago has failed to do. I also appreciate that they have good appointment availability so if there is an issue with my sons health, the ER or urgent care isn’t the only option. I’m so glad we found this office and level of care!"
