"I went to this urgent care after work one day because I was very nauseous and my throat hurt. I was in the lobby vomiting in front of everyone, making a mess on the floor and the wall. I understand that their is not much they can do and they see this all the time but the women at the front desk did not even check to see if I was making a mess, and they didn’t even send a janitor over to clean it up, until someone from a different department had seen me attempting to clean my own mess and they than sent the janitor over. I am completely disgusted with this baptist and the way they care for patients. And I am baffled by how lazy they are."

"My parents are in their 80’s. Woke up with very high fever and my mother took my dad there. They don’t even do rapid Covid test or flu test there. Sent him home and said take Tylenol. Worthless ER. What was the purpose of even going when he received zero help! Two days later he’s on portal trying to get results after suffering for two days with high fever of 102.9 and 82 years old, and after 1 1/2 hours on hold to get results he sees he has Covid. No one called them and when we all tried to call no one ever answers the phone. My parents could have died or at least been hospitalized. They could have went to ascensions ER and got rapid test and preventative meds and been better by now. You cannot wait two full days because it’s too late to start tamiflu or Covid meds. Worthless joint. Don’t ever expect my parents to go back nor to recommend them to anyone!!! Very poor care!!!! This gives Baptist health care a very poor reputation. If I could rate them properly they would receive a big fat zero."

"They tell patients that have original Medicare and human Medicare supplemental plans that they don’t take their supplements! Which they can’t do! After all the supplements pay automatically because of Medicare’s billing process which includes a crossover computer mechanism. To sum it up they will be paid no matter if they say they accept it or not. They are confusing Medi gap plans with Medicare Advantage which have “networks” where as original Medicare has no network neither do Standardized Medi gap plans! They need to train their staff! Grade F for elder abuse. Sending patients that need care away because of ignorance should not be accepted!"

"I brought my two kids into this location the day after Thanksgiving because their pediatrician’s office was closed. Charlotte was very friendly and helpful in getting us checked in. We didn’t have to wait very long at all, maybe 5-10 minutes. Renita was extremely kind and patient with the kids while taking their vitals. Michelle was thorough and listened to my concerns. Overall, a great experience and I’m very pleased with the care we received."
