"I hate giving this this place a 1 star because it reflects all the doctors here. Unfortunately i am just not happy with ENT here. My daughter has had a scheduled surgery for almost 8months!! Her condition has gotten much worse and now you call to say the doctor has taken personal leave and her surgery is canceled. Whats more ridiculous is you have no known time frame of return or when you can schedule the surgery. Then they tell me we schedule her as a new patient with another doctor their but wont be seen until November or December. Then surgery "if needed" will be another 8 months out!!!! Sorry my daughter won't last that long. Her tonsils are so big they are touching eachother and y'all basicly told me sorry theirs nothing we can do. She not only has problems eating and drinking. Shes got a chronic cough from it, throws up from it and is in alot pain from it. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ever using their ENT here. I know im not the only appointment that got canceled because the woman that called was saying your not the only one and i got a lot of phone calls to make. So either make the new patient appointment or talk to her pediatrician for a new doctor. Their was no empathy or understanding of how serious her condition is."
