"I was shocked. I didn’t have a long wait. Heard so many people complaining. I go only for blood work. Thank GOD I don’t have cancer. I do miss Dr.Rothschild. But the new Dr.for me is excellent.i don’t want to miss spell her name but it starts with a V. Very nice and well educated."

"Dr Patel is lovely but the the staff and office are a complete nightmare. Same as some of the other reviews I have seen here I tried to get my appointment moved for a week after their pharmacy messed up and it took me 3 weeks to get my medication. No callbacks and you cant speak to their offices directly and on average i waited 10 minutes just to talk to someone with some calls lasting as long as 30 min. After I eventually got it moved they call me a week later and ask if I can move it a few days out. I said I have no problem with that. Then they call me to confirm my old appointment with no record of having it moved out by THEM. I wish these people can understand better what their patents go through, they are supposed to make it easier not harder. I see they respond to the google reviews with these generic message to report your concerns on their website. Who knows if something ever comes of it. I wish they can spend 1 day at MSK in NYC and see what patient care really means."

"A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with systemic melanoma and although it was not treated by FLORIDA CANCER SPECIALISTS, my follow up care in a different location has been with them. This has been a good experience with a caring physician who listens and who provides, not just to treat the disease, but to treat holistically as well. Dr. Patel has proven to be a very good choice. I am delighted to see her, consult with her and everyone in that office in Palm Beach Gardens is so pleasant I would recommend them at this location."

"Dr Patel is very caring, thorough and a great doctor. Overall the front office needs help getting organized to improve patient wait times and there seems to be a disconnect from orders placed and getting appointments scheduled in a timely manner. If they were better organized they wouldn’t be as stressed and hopefully would be friendlier in general. I think they are dealing with high volume of patients so may need more nurses and staff."
