"I come here all the time and it’s one of the better fast food places in the area in terms of service and quality. Came here tonight and was given the wrong order, then blamed for it and disrespected, then got home to find exploded ketchup packets all over in my bag. Sad."

"My wife and I stopped here this morning for 2 breakfast combos, 2 simple orders both with steak fries and cold brew coffee's. When I ordered at the drive thru, I asked for light ice and creamers and sweetener, and some mayo. We were the only car in the drive thru at 8am. I move up to the window after paying to pick up my order, a mere minute from when I ordered the food. They completely screwed up the order,. they gave us full ice, no creamers, no sweeteners and of course no mayo or ketchup. This is not the first time, we have had issues at this location but there was literally nobody there and they still messed it up. We went back around and said , we were missing the things we asked for and she said , No, I put them in the bag, you should look! She should've just said, sorry, here is some more, not say we are wrong. Another reviewer said there is a older woman there who appears to be the manager, who we can also agree is rude with an attitude. We the customer, is patronizing your restaurant and she really could care less. Fortunately, I personally know the regional manager and will bring this up to them soon. She needs to be dismissed from Wendy's as she is not someone who should be representing them. Unfortunately, customer service as a whole as been decimated in recent years, while these people think they should be paid twenty dollars and hour and more for performing less then adequate."

"This has to be one of the slowest Wendy's in Lakeland area. I understand they do a lot of business but the drive-thru line is ridiculously slow. For whatever reason the drive-thru line is slower when there's nobody inside I've sat through probably a good 20 minutes waiting while they're Lily gagging. Plus the accuracy of the orders is terrible no matter how many times you tell them specifically what you want or don't want Even though it's entered the way you want it on the app they still mess it up. They do not pay attention at all, One time my wife ask for no ice at the drive-thru not 2 minutes later they give us ice and the woman gives me an attitude saying that she didn't tell her no ice even though we have proven we did Customer service here is very lacking If you're in the area the Wendy's on 98 on innovation drive is much better and much friendlier"

"Ordered a salad at the drive through. Drove home, opened my salad, and there was a wet, clearly chewed and spit up piece of chicken right on top. I’m disgusted!! My husband and I were super nice and had our food quickly. We didn’t complain about anything (there was nothing to complain about, we had our food in like 2 min) and we were quiet and polite. I’ve been to this Wendy’s a hundred times and it was always awesome until this."
