"I work nearby, and had seen this new place mentioned on social media, so I decided to try it out yesterday. I called ahead to place my order and was told it would be about 10 minutes. Shortly after arriving my food was ready and I took it back to my office to eat. The guys working the food truck were very friendly, and seemed eager to get their name out there and also to accept feedback. I ordered the lamb and beef gyro platter, which comes with delicious saffron basmati rice and a small salad. They have two sauces, white and red, and I was warned that the red sauce is a bit spicy, so I asked for it on the side. Everything was delicious! The meat had an excellent flavor, and went perfectly with the rice, salad and pita bread that came with it. The white sauce was phenomenal, and while the red sauce was a tad spicy, I liked being able to put a little on every few bites. Today, when trying to decide where to have lunch, I again ordered from the NYC Cart, as did one of my coworkers. I got the same thing as yesterday, which was still just as good, and she got a large Greek salad with the gyro meat. Her salad looked delicious, with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, and lots of feta and meat. She couldn't even finish it all. I've been very impressed by this place both times I've eaten there, and it is going to become a regular addition to our lunch rotation."
