"All I had to do was drop off specimen and had to wait for over an hour. The receptionist window has been walled over and the phlebotomist’s inside did not speak English and refused to help even when I spoke to them in Spanish. The worst part is there is no option to make an appointment for this service. This is an issue with management and owners cutting costs. You need a receptionist instead of putting all the office work on phlebotomists."

"Had an appointment. I barely had to wait. The person who drew my blood was polite. However my arm was having trouble giving blood, according to her, because I was fasted and dehydrated. I initially had suggested the other arm because I knew the arm she chose would be more difficult. She chose the difficult arm regardless. I don’t know what kind of needle she used but my arm looks terrible and the whole process was torture. Then she tried the other arm (the one I suggested initially) with a smaller needle and it was successful. I wish she had just used that small needle from the get go. Please listen to your patient!"

"Not recommended at all!!! Be ready to get an appointment and arrive at least 1 hour before. This is a joke!!!. They'll cancel your appointment if you arrive 1 min past but won't even try to call you at the time you have your appointment. Worst experience ever."

"Drone pilots are required to do a blood test when they get hire to work with a big company, that’s why I have to come here to get my blood tested, all the employees are very friendly and welcoming, the location is very nice and clean, looking forward to send other drone pilots for future jobs!"
