"I had an appointment for cspine MRI on 5/15/23. I arrived 10 minutes before , so as expected due to filling out paperwork, I wasn’t seen exactly at 11:30. My experience was very welcoming. Not a long wait at all. Although I had anxiety about the process, hearing the front desk ladies laugh and enjoy themselves honestly calmed my nerves. The radio-tech that did my imaging was very nice and helpful as well. I was provided headphones to listen to music throughout the entire process and she checked on me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. A very professional and clean space. Even the security guard was nice enough to direct me to the TBI office as it was my first time there. I highly recommend TBI for your mri and X-ray."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I spent over 4 hours waiting to get my MRI done and had to leave without getting my diagnostic done! Even after waiting all morning because they were behind, they did not accommodate my time despite me having to accommodate for them running late and interrupting my schedule. They still made me re-schedule after them falling behind! This is unacceptable!!!!!! If you want to get your test done on time and be out by a reasonable time, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE! go somewhere else!"

"My wife and I came for an mri post car accident and the whole visit was great. The office is super clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was nice not having to undress due to wearing gym clothes. I think I was told it was going to take 40ish minutes and I was done in 35ish. As much as I don't enjoy mris if I hace to get another I will be coming back here."

"We were referred here, after our vehicular accident. We were seen promptly and courteously by staff and taken for the MRIs almost immediately. The actual MRI lasted about an hour, with several small breaks throughout, and music to listen to via headphones. All said and done, we were very happy with this place and can't recommend them strongly enough!!"

"Honest review. Of course you don't expect people to leave many good reviews regarding their MRI due to it being a simple MRI/CT/X-ray location and don't have much to say unless they have a negative experience. However I would like to leave one because this place gets such a bad rep. The frontline staff are very nice and helpful. (Not much to say here other than they are great) The MRI itself went very well, you had some space but not much, I am a relatively large guy, and measure 6'2 so you can see my point (You have a good amount of space). You also get to listen to music while the MRI is going on so that makes it 10 times better. The representatives are amazing, while you are getting the MRI they check in on you and make sure you are feeling okay. (YOU DO GET AN EMERGENCY BUTTON IF YOU DO NOT FEEL YOU CAN GO THROUGH WITH IT). There is also a little vent above on the MRI machine itself which blows air and keeps you cool. In other words you have plenty of things to distract you from the MRI itself if you do not like them. Overall great location to get an MRI. Staff is very professional and you get treated well."
