"Have visited the Morsani location for 7 separate bi-annual post-surgery cancer screening CT’s of the chest & abdomen with&w/o contrast dye. All the scans went as well as can be expected, the personnel are great, facilities are nice and have only had 1 negative experience due to a scheduling hiccup during the transition to TOWER from USF where my appointment was lost driving an hour to get there for nothing. Other than that it’s been a comfortable experience and I will continue to utilize the Tower Imaging Morsani facility going forward! Most recently visiting 1/9/24."

"Had an MRI done on left shoulder. Needed to get a CD burned with the MRI images (CD??) to bring to my doc. I asked them to burn it the day I got the exam, but CD burner was out of office so they told me try again tomorrow. Called them on a Monday and requested to get CD burned, they told me come in anytime after 12pm on Wednesday and it will be ready. Came in at 1pm on Wednesday, CD burner lady was out at lunch. A clerk tried looking for the CD but could not find it anywhere, so I left my name and number and asked for a call back once it was found, but never got a call back. Called them the next day, no answer, so left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. It is now day 5 of trying to get the CD and can't even get the imaging office on the phone to ask if my CD is ready. Have been given the wrong number 4 times. This is absolutely ridiculous, and everyone is completely incompetent at this place."

"Tower has always been my go to for imaging and I've had little to complain about. The technicians are amazing and staff has always been helpful. Today, however, trying to make a mandatory appointment, I've been on hold for over 30 minutes! We can't schedule online either. This is uncool."

"Made an appointment for a specific test on October 11. When we arrived someone had called the insurance company and got approval for the wrong test. Rescheduled for October 23 and told them I needed to have the written report to the doctor by the 27th. They assured me the results would be there. Got a phone call from the doctors office at 4:55 pm on the 26th that they had NOT got the report. So following an argument I managed to download the written report and email it to the office MYSELF!!! I was really glad I had waited for the copy of the images on a disc the day of the test. But that took 3 times as long as it should have. I agree with another review they should all be fired!!"
