Her welcome and presentation made me comfortable throughout the procedure; ​thank you, job well done. Additionally, I want to thank the CT Scan and Large MRI technicians at Bruce B. Downs. They were knowledgeable and competent. They kept me calm throughout the procedures. Again, Thanks for your help."

"I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the imaging center. From the front desk receptionist throughout the entire procedure everyone was very kind informative and compassionate. I felt very well taken care of and was very impressed with their expertise. I would highly recommend this imaging center and will go there for any other imaging needs I have in the future."

"Attempting to schedule an appointment has been a nightmare! I've been calling since October 10, 2023, to schedule an appointment. I even went there in person, only to be told they were too busy to schedule an appointment. Mind you, there were 2 patients in the waiting room and 3 staff members doing nothing. As I type this, I'm currently waiting for someone to answer the phone so I may schedule an appointment. I've been waiting since 9am, it is now 9:45 am.. This place is a complete FAILURE. They need a reality check and a supervisor who actually monitors the intake of calls. If I were dying and required their assistance for testing, I'd be dead by now. PURE GARBAGE!"

"The wait time is exceptionally long. Delays due to issues with the MRI service are understandable. However, when a person’s appointment is delayed, the customer should be promptly notified so they can adjust their plans accordingly. If punctuality is crucial to you and you have commitments following your appointment, then this facility may not be the best choice. My appointment was rescheduled yesterday due to a delay, and I was assigned a 7:15 AM appointment today. I am still waiting as of 8:00 AM. I strongly recommend considering the addition of more staff or equipment to address this scheduling issue."

"I had a great experience today going to TGH imaging powered by tower. The facility was very clean. The staff were very nice and professional. It was a very welcoming environment. And even though they were behind on schedule, I was seen five minutes after my appointment time. Granted I did show up 30 minutes early. I was able to complete my paperwork. I highly recommend this facility."
