"Polite and helpful. Raymond at front desk was helpful in assisting me in emailing my insurance where needed. I was in an out by 1045 and appointment was for 11 am. Technician was very proficient and helpful. Good experience with this visit."

"I had an appointment at 7:30AM for an ultrasound to which I received confirmation. When I arrived at the office they had me for 10:30am. I showed them the confirmation at 7:30 am. They made me wait until appt time, did not anything to fix the mistake that clearly they made."

"I had three exams for today one of them was mammography and they tell me that they can't do it because the machine is off, what a lack of professionalism in this place, the other exam I had they didn't want to do it for me either, because I had to have arrived earlier, when I called yesterday to ask if I had to go early and the lady who was attending told me that at 10, so I don't understand why they couldn't do it for me today. Apart from the two men who were taking care of me, super bad attitude. They should have better customer service, one pays for those exams, it's not given away"

"They are the worst. Took over 30 mins on hold to make an appointment. Then they demand that I arrive 30 mins prior to my appointment. Then I wait for over an hour beyond my scheduled time (now 1.5 hrs into this) and they didn’t bother to tell me how delayed they are when I checked in. Plus I had to fill out a hard copy of the same lengthy form I had to fill out in their app. Tower used to be great. Now they’re the worst. Finding a new provider."

"The office was in a bit of chaos when I arrived. They'd clearly fallen behind in their schedule. I stood around for an hour before I got in. But the real issue was their computer system seemed to be poor. Everyone had to fill out paperwork again even if they had already done so online. MOST IMPORTANTLY several people had to reschedule appointments because TGH Imaging did not receive or could not find their referrals/orders. 5 people had problems, just that I saw with my own eyes. They had to call their doctors and have it faxed again, and if they couldn't get through, they were simply turned away. The obvious solution to this is that the office should CALL A DAY OR MORE IN ADVANCE both the patient and their doctor to make sure they get this referral/order in. So patients don't show up and panic and then have to reschedule. This is a pretty basic way of ensuring this doesn't happen 5x an hour. It didn't happen to me, but I was pretty offended by the incompetence and inconvenience to patients. And the way employees just shrugged about it as if it wasn't their problem. When they definitely could've solved it if they cared enough."
