"Customer service could use some work. Had an appt and arrived a half hour before my scheduled time and didn’t get seen until 50 mins after my scheduled time. The tech could use a sense of humor. She’s Very serious and didn’t appear interested in making small talk. I’ve had MRI’s in the past from other places and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I spent 2 1/2 hours in that office which was way to long for an MRI. I was in so much pain snd just wanted to go. Home. The office chairs were very uncomfortable … I have a lot more to say but I will leave it at that."
