"I had my Mammogram on November 7th. They never sent my results to my Dr. after a month they sent me a letter because they found something and need to have an ultrasound. I’m at my appointment and never got acknowledged until 40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Once they brought me back and paid they then informed me it would be another 45 minutes to be seen. Very disappointing!!!"

"I recommend this place, staff make you feel important and welcomed. Making an appointment is easy. I felt I was in a spa atmosphere. They have private changing rooms to change into robe then the waiting room has a tv, coffee and water feature. The whole time they are working to make you as comfortable as possible."

"I've gone here for several years. If you have dense breasts, this is a good place to go because they do 3D mammograms. It is located on the 4th floor of the Medical Center building next to Trinity Hospital. First you check in, then they bring you to a changing room and show you the lockers. The changing room has wipes if you forget and wear deodorant. Next is the waiting room which has snacks, soft lighting, and comfy chairs. You are called in for your mammogram. It's easier to just whip off your robe so you can position properly for the machine. Once done, you go back to your locker, change into your clothes and check out. My insurance covers the cost except for a small copay. You can register ahead of time via your computer and save time once you're there. I've never had a problem. With regular mammograms, I kept having to repeat or come back for ultrasounds. The 3D allows them to see things much clearer. They send the results to your doctor and a letter to you."
