"This was my first visit back to Visionworks in a while, but I lost my glasses and my Rx expired- I was lucky enough they had a spot left when my regular optometrist didn’t. I had a great experience with the telehealth- the specialists walking me through the process were EXCELLENT. However, the “front of house” was terrible. I put my insurance in when I booked the appt online, and no one brought it up at check-in so I assumed everything was fine. Checking out I was told rudely when I asked about it that they didn’t take my insurance- which, okay, what am I going to do about it I just had my eye exam I can’t not pay so I didn’t fuss. My biggest issue is with Jim- who was talking crap about a customer at full volume after he was taken back and after he left to take a phone call. At checkout when I told him I wasn’t interested in glasses, he grew an attitude and immediately started acting cold-just turned around and started talking about someone who was acting like a “b-i-t-c-h”. I see from other reviews here he is a manager so maybe that makes it okay? Inappropriate in my opinion so I can’t recommend this place."

"Dr. Braxton is awesome! He took extra time to ensure that my prescription was accurate and my eyes were healthy. I will be bringing my family to see him. Jim (the manager), and Lorita worked together to explain my benefits, make sure my prescription, frame, and lenses would work together. They made it easy for me to purchase a second pair as Sun glasses."
"I was seen the same day I came into Vision Work store, my appointment was an hour later but on the same day. I didn't have to wait to long for before I was seen. The examination wasn't long at all. I found the cutest glasses trimmed in gold. Thanks for a job well done."
