If she is not working on a day I want my hair cut then I will wait until she is there. Always a nice conversation when I get my hair cut my her. Would recommend her to any one."

"I went in today and got a haircut, asks for hair to be cut below my shoulders.. the stylist Elizabeth went way above that, said once I get home it’ll be better and straighten it but now it doesn’t even touch my shoulders! The layers she put in it are all botched and looks absolutely horrible. I can’t even hide it by a ponytail because it’s so short. Do not recommend!!"

"I wish that I could give a negative number of stars. I popped in with my daughter for a simple cut. Just taking a few inches off of her very long hair. A straight cut across the back, all one length-nothing hard. There were a couple of patrons waiting ahead of us with only two employees working, so I left my 14yr old to wait while her older sister and I went next door to grab us all some Subway. We were gone all of 15minutes. When I returned, her hair was done. I was surprised but happy to not have to wait longer. The stylist, Wendy, who cut her hair told me she took off 5 inches, a blunt cut across the back. (Which is what I’d discussed with my daughter before I left) I paid, tipped her and we left. I didn’t really check out the haircut until we reached the car. My poor daughter was given a bonafide hack job. It was so bad I HAD to take her back in. I spoke to Wendy and started to show her how uneven it was but she immediately got defensive saying that when she moves it’s going to look different lengths. So I pulled it all to the back to hang straight down to show her there were chunks literally 2 inches shorter than the rest, not to mention a section 4inches longer than the rest on the opposite side. She responded by saying “Can you please just stand back so I can comb it then you can show me?” So I stepped back and when she stopped combing I again pointed to the chunks that were uneven. At which point there was no denying had badly it looked. So, she looked directly at me and said “Well then how do you suggest I fix it then?!” I honestly was in shock. The bad hair cut was one thing, the attitude I could not digest, so I answered her by saying I suggest she return to school and learn how to cut hair. I was very disappointed but what prompted me to write a review was that as my daughters and I were on our way to buy a comb and scissors so that I could attempt to improve the hair even by a small fraction, my daughter then told me that Wendy complained about work the entire time she was giving the hair cut. Saying that she had 3 customers back to back and hadn’t had a break. Well, my daughter’s hair shows Wendy’s attitude towards her work. The pictures speak for themselves. Single moms (or anyone on a budget) bite the bullet and spend a little extra somewhere else or you’ll spend more anyway trying to minimize the damage."
